If you have a doctor's prescription, bring it with you.
A prescription isn't always required, but it's necessary for your health insurance to cover the costs. We recommend speaking with your doctor to ensure coverage.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. If your treatment focuses on a specific area (e.g., knee or shoulder), make sure your clothing allows access to that area.
The number of sessions depends on your condition and treatment goals. During your initial consultation, we will create a customized plan with an estimated number of sessions.
A standard treatment lasts half an hour unless otherwise stated.
Our services can be provided in German, English, or Slovenian. You can choose the language you feel most comfortable in for treatments, consultations, and communication. Medical documentation is prepared in German.
Our hours are designed to accommodate a variety of schedules. Please inquire directly with us about our current opening hours, as we offer flexible appointment times. Early morning and evening appointments are also available upon request.

Yes, medically prescribed treatments are covered by basic health insurance, accident insurance, military insurance, or disability insurance. Private payment options are also possible.
